York House registry office Twickenham Richmond wedding photography London

Richmond registry office London

On one beautiful morning, I receive a call from clients who want me to photograph their wedding, in Richmond upon Thames. It is a winter morning, grass and trees are covered in frost, but the sun is shining.

The wedding is at Richmond upon Thames registry office. The building itself is historical and hosts many events. It offers many architectonical features, for example, beautiful stairs, brick walls, and art paintings. In general, it has a very good look and offers a lot in terms of creativity.

I always look up for as much info as I can about the Richmond wedding venue that I am going to photograph at. And this Twickenham wedding venue was not an exception. There is parking, which means you and your guests can park right in front of the building. York house also has many rooms, to accommodate large and intimate wedding ceremony. You can visit their official website via the provided link, https://www.richmond.gov.uk/services/registration_services/marriage_and_civil_partnerships.

Before bridal arrival, you are asked to wait in an entrance hall. When your ceremony starts, you will enter a room. Every York house room is modern with an artistic touch as there are paintings from different artists, and decorated in neutral cream and beige color. A wedding ceremony is a beautiful act of emotions, and the couple enjoyed every moment of it.

After the ceremony, we walk in the stunning gardens of this beautiful Richmond registry office, that has much to offer. Stunning nature, a park full of trees, a fountain, and sculptures. We also walk by the river, which is just a minute walk from York house. We watched boats passing by while taking relaxed, natural, and candid photographs.
